Biographical

I served as a volunteer mediator beginning in 1979. Cases involved minor criminal matters, family and neighborhood disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, consumer-merchant disputes, divorces, etc. Since 1988 I have mediated disputes pending in the courts, administrative agencies, private dispute resolution agencies and by referral. Cases include commercial and contract disputes, employment disputes, discrimination claims, insurance disputes, construction claims, internal corporate/partnership disputes, divorces, real estate claims, loan workouts, lease disputes, product liability, lead paint, professional liability, medical and other professional malpractice and personal injury claims.

I have also served as a commercial arbitrator and case evaluator since approximately 1988, as well as a discovery master. I have served as a hearing officer for Dalkon Shield liability claims, and for employment terminations in connection with the severance plan of a large corporation.
